2. Definitions

Consumer: Any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.

Digital Content: Data produced and supplied in digital form, such as downloads.

Durable Medium: Any tool that enables the consumer or business to store information directed to them personally in a way that future reference and unaltered reproduction of the stored information is possible.

3. Product Information

We sell DVDs and downloadable content (movies, scenes) for adults only. Each product page provides detailed information about the content, including availability, features, and pricing. Our establishment exclusively offers DVDs and digital downloads produced by reputable studios. These studios have implemented a rigorous process for verifying the ages of their models and ensuring a safe working environment for them.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT. We accept various payment methods, such as but not limited to: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, iDeal, and SEPA bank transfer. Our webshop uses secure payment processing to protect your information.

5. Account Registration

To purchase downloads, you must create an account. This account will also enable you to access your downloadable content at any time from our website.

6. Order Process

You can select products for purchase and add them to your cart. Before confirming your order, you will have the opportunity to review and modify your order details.

7. Delivery of Goods and Services

DVDs: Shipped within 1 business day if in stock. If an item is not in stock we will source the item and ship it once available. Stock availability is published on the product detail pages. Shipping costs will be provided at checkout.

Downloads: Available immediately after purchase. You will receive instructions to download your content via email and directly from the checkout page. You can always access your downloads via your account. You can download your files 3 times.

8. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of a DVD within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you receive the DVD. Please contact us so you can return the DVD(s) to us. We only accept returns for undamaged and unopened DVD cases. For digital content, you waive your right of withdrawal if the download starts with your explicit consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

9. Warranty and Complaints

We comply with the statutory warranty regulations. If you receive a defective DVD or encounter issues with digital content, please contact us via our support system for a resolution. We do everything we can to solve issues encountered.

10. Privacy and Personal Data

Your privacy is important to us. We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our webshop, including text, graphics, logos, and downloads, is our property or is used with permission and is protected by copyright laws.

12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands unless the consumer prefers another legal venue that is allowed by law. We also adhere to the European ODR platform for online dispute resolution.

13. Amendments to the Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. All amendments will be posted on our website and apply from their posting date.
